I will be joining a distinguished speaker line up to talk about the Russian Pr.09852 Belgorod submarine program and then, about the threat of open source intelligence (OSINT) to Fleet survivability. Specifically, how to track submarines using OSINT, and thoughts on how to reduce your own fleet’s exposure to these risks.
