World Large Submarine Drones Compared, Including Royal Navy Cetus
There are a growing number of large and extra-large UUVs (uncrewed underwater vehicles). The United States established an early lead but is now challenged by China. Other countries have notable projects, and Australia in particular is going big right now. Now the Royal Navy has announced the order of the Cetus design from MSubs. 
This graphic is a simple size comparison of most major projects around the world. It is not exhaustive, but gives a decent starting point to put things into perspective.
